Could it be a white Christmas?

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Waukesha County, in effect from Thursday morning through evening.

Snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are possible. Winds are expected be be out of the northwest at 15 to 25 mph, with gusts to 35 mph possible.

Thunder snow is also possible. The strong winds could cause considerable blowing and drifting with the potential for whiteouts.
