Pewaukee teenager accused of vandalism, marijuana possession

A 17-year-old Pewaukee teenager reportedly rear-ended a woman then used a stick to damage her car and was later caught by police with nearly a quarter pound of marijuana in his car.

Jacod Musil was charged on Monday, Aug. 6, in Waukesha County Circuit Court with possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal damage to property.

According to the criminal complaint, Musil followed a young woman back to her apartment complex and beat on her car with a wooden stick after the two were involved in a minor accident early on Saturday, Aug. 2, on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee.

Police tracked Musil down and allegedly found several items of drug paraphernalia in his car along with 98 grams of marijuana.

An officer noted in the complaint that the amount of marijuana recovered seemed to indicate that Musil was a drug dealer.

Musil's next court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 26.
