A 27-year-old Oconomowoc woman stands accused of selling heroin to a police informant, and possibly others, on three separate occasions.
Stacey, 304 S. Silver Lake Street, was charged on Friday, Aug. 15, in County Circuit Court with three felony counts of delivering heroin, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of both narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia.
According to the criminal complaint, a Waukesha County detective observed Hutterer sell heroin three times, once in late May and twice in early June, from her car to a confidential informant.
Court records indicate that police then executed a search warrant on July 11 on Hutterer’s apartment and reportedly found more of the drug.
Officers also recovered numerous items of drug paraphernalia, including 11 used and unused needles, a cooker and a tourniquet, from Hutterer‘s purse when they brought her in for questioning, the complaint says.
Hutterer told police in the complaint that she has been using and selling heroin for about a year.
Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 25.
