It might be hot out there, but interns Maddy Heim and McKenna Oxenden are enjoying all aspects of the Waukesha County Fair. Check out their coverage of the new pig, duck and goat races, the 50th annual Fairest of the Fair contest, as well as their ranking of the top food items.

Weekend Happenings

Featured this week:  

Art in the Gardens: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 23, Charles Dix Gallery, W339 S2608 Highway C, Oconomowoc. Exhibition and sale. Framed and unframed paintings will be shown, as well as jewelry created by Dix. Also offered will be a selection of china and collectibles from Dix’s personal collection. Photography by Barbara Dix Timmel will also be featured.

Katz Sass: 2:30 p.m. July 24, 18 West, W325 S1767 Mickle Road, Delafield. This will be Ronnie’s last show with Katz Sass before he leaves for Colorado. We are inviting anyone who has played with Ronnie to come out and jam. Free.
