Steve Fisher announced his retirement from San Diego State. The longtime Aztecs coach and former Michigan boss went 571-290 in 27 seasons as a coach, with three Final Fours and the 1989 national title. Some of his victories have officially been vacated by the NCAA, however, including two of his Final Four appearances acquired while leading the "Fab Five." Fisher turns over the keys at San Diego State to longtime assistant Brian Dutcher.
