"It all started as something to do on a winter night," says Phil Schultz of Sussex. "Then it grew into a regular 'don't wanna miss' activity with friends."

Jason Bennett from Americas Pub Challenge says, "We started hosting trivia night in Milwaukee almost 10 years ago, and now we operate nearly 200 weekly events in seven different states."

"Everyone has their own area of expertise and real competitors will build their team based on each member's knowledge," Schultz adds. "I enjoy playing for the social aspect of the game. Like any contest, it is great to get recognized for a win and the gift certificate prizes are nice, but just hanging out with friends and enjoying their company is what really makes the night fun."

Are you up for the challenge? Get in on the game at the following area pubs.

Revere's Wells Street Tavern, Delafield

Many regulars attend the Tuesday night session that has been going on for well over a year and a half. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. and goes to 9:30 p.m. There are pub dollar pay outs for first, second and third place.

On the Rocks, Merton

Running for over three years now, the game is played on Wednesday nights and usually starts at 6:30 p.m. To go along with the game they have great food and drink deals. The bar pays out for first, second and third place.
