SummerStage 

SummerStage’s Winter Music Series returns with live music entertainment by The Chris Hansen Band with Robin Pluer. The group performs from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19. This Milwaukee treasure brings music lovers together to enjoy jazz, swing, country and rockabilly. For information, visit thechrishansonband.com.

OAC Cabaret Cafe  

The Oconomowoc Art Center’s Cabaret Cafe Series returns, offering audiences an evening of live musical entertainment paired with tantalizing dishes prepared specially by the OAC executive chef, Jenny Truchan.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day a little early with “BoyGirlBoyGirl” at 7 p.m. Friday-Saturday, Feb. 10 and 11. Featuring Tommy Lueck and Don Lobacz (Four Guyz in Dinner Jackets) and Laura Monagle and Michaela Ristaino, the group has been crowned "Milwaukee's Manhattan Transfer.”

These hip songsters are known for taking their audiences on a thrilling ride on the “A-Train,” filled with comedy and song and some of the best four-part vocal jazz in the history of the charts.

The evening’s menu will include champagne chicken with mushrooms over angel hair pasta, prosciutto wrapped asparagus bundles, crisp Waldorf salad and lemon pound cake with fresh berries and cream parfait for dessert. Dinner begins serving at 6:30 p.m.

'Seussical JR' 

The New Theatre on Main presents the musical “Seussical JR.” Feb. 17-March 12.  Friday shows begin at 7:30 p.m., Saturday shows at noon and 4 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m.

Directed and choreographed by Timothy J. Barnes and Allison Chicorel, with music direction by Adam Qutaishat, the musical showcases nearly 30 youth ages 8-17 in a fantastical musical extravaganza featuring Dr. Seuss' best-loved characters.
