Trevor Noah interprets President Trump's comments to Brigitte Macron

It seems the words coming out of President Trump's mouth still surprise Trevor Noah. 

After showing a clip of the commander in chief complimenting France's first lady for her physical shape, The Daily Show host assessed, "Donald J. Trump does not give a (expletive)."

"I spent the entire afternoon trying to figure out how in that moment Macron didn't punch Trump right there," Noah said in the NSFW clip, before concluding that translators must have soften POTUS' comments.   

"Maybe today when Trump said, 'You're in great shape,' the translator said, 'He says you look well.' Right? That could happen," said Noah. "Where if I was the translator I would've been like, 'Yo, my dude wants to smash,' which is more accurate. It's way more accurate."
