OWI

Police arrested Keith Gregory Chapman, 60, of Oconomowoc, at about 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 at State Street and Summit Avenue for operating while intoxicated, which is his fourth such offense. According to a police report, an officer pulled over Chapman after running his plates and finding that his registration was suspended because the car failed an emissions test. When talking with Chapman, the officer noticed the smell of alcohol, and Chapman's eyes were “bloodshot and glossy.” A preliminary breath test showed a BAC of .101, which is over the legal limit. Chapman was cited with OWI and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Police were called to the residence for a complaint of disorderly conduct and found Feldman locked out of the home in the garage. Police talked to her husband, who said she had caused a scene, broke bottles in the garage and kicked a hole in the wall of the kitchen. Feldman was taken to jail and posted bond.
