Adult winter reading 

The winter reading challenge is coming to an end. Adult Challenge sheets must be returned by Feb. 22. The party and prize drawings will be held 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24.

Color for relaxation

Adult coloring is set for 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 22, and 9 a.m. to noon Friday Feb. 24.

Youth winter reading 

The last week for the library's "Chill Out and Read” program is Feb. 20 to 24. Participants must get all of their reporting and entry tickets Thursday, Feb. 23.

The "Chill Out and Read” party will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24. The library's winter readers will gather for an afternoon of fun and food. Winners for the adult and youth goody baskets will be drawn.

Wacky Holiday 

Stop by the library for a muffin treat on National Muffin Day, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27.

Storytime

Storytime at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, will include stories, songs and rhymes designed to help children develop the early literacy skills they need to be reading-ready. Activities are designed for ages 3 to 5.

Reminders

Bake sale: The next bake sale for Tomorrow’s Hope will take place Feb. 21. This is also the day of the spring primary election.
