Greenville Cooperative’s merger with United Cooperative was approved with more than 92 percent of members voting for the proposed merger.

The business merger took effect April 1. Formed in 1931, Greenville Cooperative is a consumer cooperative specializing in energy, agronomy grain and feed products and services. The company had sales of $14.2 million for the fiscal year ending Aug. 31, 2016.

United Cooperative is a full-service cooperative offering feed, grain, agronomy and energy products and services to Wisconsin farmers and consumers.
