The Town Hall Library at North Lake, N76 W31429 Highway VV, will host a memory cafe from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2.

The Lake Country Libraries Memory Project is a partnership between four public libraries in Waukesha County (Pewaukee, Hartland, Delafield and North Lake) with a mission to provide programs to those affected by memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Memory cafes are a main component of the memory project, and are monthly social gatherings for those with early stage dementia and a care partner.

Through a partnership with North Lake School, students will participate in the cafe for the first time. Kindergartners through fourth-grade students will present a dress rehearsal for their Christmas program Dec. 2.
