A town of Mukwonago man is accused of having sexual contact with minors while he was out on bail for a previous charge of second degree sexual assault of a child in 2015. One of the conditions of his bail was he “shall not commit any crime.”

Conner Husted, 19, was charged Wednesday, April 12, in Waukesha County Circuit Court with three counts of sexual assault of a child under 16 years, one count of repeated sexual assault of a child under 16 years and a count of felony bail jumping.

Court documents said Husted entered a guilty plea to an amended charge of fourth-degree sexual assault of a child on Jan. 7. On Feb. 5, he was sentenced to a period of probation and 250 Days in the Waukesha County Jail with work release, after a one-year probation term was revoked.

According to the criminal complaint, Husted was on supervision for approximately one to two months when he continued to violate his rules of supervision.

The complaint said in March 2016 a probation officer received information that Husted was suspected of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old.

An investigation discovered Husted allegedly had repeated contact with three 15-year-olds beginning in April 2015, August 2015 and December 2015.

Husted's next court date is April 24.
