VILLAGE OF MUKWONAGO - Community members are invited to tour Phantom Woods Estates apartments during a “first look” event on Thursday, Aug. 17, at 540-580 Phantom Woods Road.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
The event will bring together leaders from the real estate and construction teams, Mukwonago public officials and community members. Refreshments and behind-the-scenes tours will be provided.
Pre/3, a privately-owned real estate company that provides multifamily property investment, development and property management, was the developer.
Village President Fred Winchowky said the housing development is a reflection of the growth and vibrancy residents are experiencing in Mukwonago.
“Phantom Woods Estates provides high-quality, modern housing for our residents, which is vitally important to our growing community,” Winchowky said. “We’re thrilled Pre/3 chose Mukwonago for this development and have appreciated their commitment and partnership throughout the project.”
Chris Slater, president of development and investments for Pre/3, explained that the firm specializes in bringing upscale, modern apartments to life in smaller communities such as Mukwonago.
The six-building, 68-unit townhome-style apartment development brings a mix of traditional elements, modern style and local charm.
The townhome units feature private entrances, attached garages, a private balcony or patio, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, in-unit laundry, central air and spacious floor plans.
The property boasts green space, onsite management and maintenance, and is just minutes from Phantom Lake and downtown Mukwonago.
All units are pet-friendly. Phantom Woods Estates offers two-bedroom, two-full bath apartments ranging in price from $1,250 to $1,295 per month.
The first building opened to residents June 1; the second is slated to open Aug. 15. The additional buildings are expected to open before the end of the year.
