WHAT'S AT STAKE

Washington returns from its only bye of the season looking to avoid a letdown. Coming off two emotional victories, including a 70-21 rout of Oregon in its last game, it wouldn't be surprising to see the Huskies coming out a little sluggish. Oregon State is trying to stay healthy. The Beavers are down to their No. 3 quarterback and are likely to be without starting RB Ryan Nall.

KEY MATCHUP

Oregon State's offensive line vs. Washington's defensive front. With third-string QB Marcus McMaryion starting, the Beavers offensive line must give McMaryion time to throw if Oregon State is to have any chance at hanging around. Washington has 24 sacks with 18½ of those coming from the defensive line.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Oregon State: McMaryion. Making his second college start, the sophomore will try and build on the short flash he showed in last week's 19-14 loss to Utah. Entering in the fourth quarter, McMaryion led the Beavers on a 65-yard touchdown drive, capped by a 14-yard touchdown pass to Hunter Jarmon. McMaryion was 5 of 9 passing for 76 yards.

Washington: WR John Ross. Through six games, Ross is third in the country with nine touchdown receptions. Ross has 11 total touchdowns after entering the year with nine total touchdowns in his career.
